RETURN CONDITIONS
(Right of withdrawal for the consumer (Legislative Decree 206/2005) To send one or more returns to IL BARCO SNC, the Customer is required to comply with specific conditions:
In the event of failure to comply with one of the above conditions, IL BARCO SNC reserves the right to not accept the returned goods and to send them back to the Customer at the latter's expense.
RETURN PROCEDURE
A) To request a return authorization, the Customer must send a request to casa.grassotaccetti@gmai.com within 14 days of receiving the goods. The codes of the items to be returned must be specified in the email. Once the return request has been received, IL BARCO SNC customer service will send the Customer a written confirmation with the specifications to follow.
B) The shipping cost will be charged to the Customer.

Shipping is at the Customer's risk: IL BARCO SNC is not responsible for any loss or damage due to inadequate packaging or delay in delivery. Items must be returned in the same packaging in which they were received or in the same manner and type of packaging. All returned items will be inspected by the staff of: IL BARCO SNC who will verify compliance with the conditions and parameters listed in the return procedure: IL BARCO SNC reserves the right to assess additional charges that may be necessary to ensure the re-sale of the returned items. These amounts will be established at the end of the evaluation of the condition of the returns and communicated to the Customer.
Right of withdrawal for the consumer (Legislative Decree 206/2005) The Right of withdrawal consists in the possibility – granted to the consumer for contracts concluded outside of commercial premises (at home, on the street, by post, etc.) or for distance contracts (via the Internet, by telephone, etc.) – to unilaterally decide to dissolve the contractual bond with the seller WITHIN 14 DAYS of the stipulation of the same, consequently obtaining the refund of the price paid.
The deadline for exercising the right of withdrawal starts:
– For goods, from the day of their receipt by the consumer. If the goods have been delivered, the consumer is required to return them within 14 days (the postmark is valid) from the day of receipt of the goods. The refund of the price paid (including shipping costs) must be free of charge, in the shortest time possible and in any case within 14 days from the day on which the seller became aware of the exercise of withdrawal by the consumer.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with the provisions of Legislative Decree 6 September 2005 n. 206 (and subsequent amendments and additions), the Consumer Customer, if not satisfied with the products or the content of the services purchased from the Seller, may return the products or waive the right to the provision of services and obtain a refund of the price already paid in advance. Method of exercise:
To this end, the Customer must contact the Seller within 14 days of delivery of the products or within 14 days of purchasing the services, by sending a communication via email to casa.grassotaccetti@gmail.com, containing all the information necessary and useful for the correct processing of the return and refund procedure.
Such communication must necessarily contain all of the following: a. the express will of the Customer to withdraw in whole or in part from the purchase contract; b. the number and copy of the document (invoice - transport document) proving the purchase of the order for which the right of withdrawal is exercised; c. the description and codes of the Products for which the right of withdrawal is exercised. The refund, including shipping costs, will be made by the Seller within 14 days of receipt of the communication via email mentioned above.
